1. Our Products

Tira House sells artisanal tiramisu in jars, prepared fresh to order in Cairo. As our products are handmade and perishable, slight variations in appearance and presentation may occur between batches.

2. Orders

• An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and receive a confirmation from us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
• Please ensure your contact and delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is collected at the time of checkout through the methods offered on our website.
• Prices and offers may change at any time, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price shown at checkout.

4. Cancellations

• Because each jar is freshly prepared, cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.
• Orders that have already entered preparation or been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, contact us promptly using the details on our website.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. As our products are perishable food items, we do not offer automatic refunds. However, we want you to be happy with your order:

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• Eligible issues may be resolved through a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
• Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.

6. Food Safety

Our tiramisu may contain dairy, eggs, gluten, and traces of nuts and caffeine. Please consume within the recommended period and keep refrigerated. If you have allergies or dietary concerns, contact us before ordering.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tira House is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products beyond the value of the order placed.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order applies.
